For touch-ups use the whitening serum 1-2 times a week to keep that white bright look on your smile.

You only need to wear the blue/red LED Light for ten minutes per treatment when you are using for touch-ups. Most people can get a few shades whiter when first using the system, with only 10-minute sessions.

I personally use the 1-minute session and most of our customers get great results using the 10-minute Blue/Red light setting. 

Using the whitening serum without the LED lights will take a little bit longer to achieve the results you want to see. Your teeth will still get whiter with each application, but it can take much longer to start seeing a more significant color change.
