Please inspect your order upon receiving this and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In most cases we can get on a ZOOM video call to trouble shoot your challenge. If the product does prove to be defective we will replace the defective item ASAP.

If you are returning a product please make note that you will print your own shipping label after confirmation of a return from our SMILE SUPPORT TEAM.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your unopened product(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

When a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take 7-10 business days to show in your bank account.
