Due to COVID challenges please allow 3-7 business days for shipping within the USA. We ship ALL orders from the United States at this time so if you are located outside the US states, International shipping may take 7-10 business days, and we use DHL Express and UPS as our shipping provider for orders outside of the United States.
Delivery times may vary based on the country of destination.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once you receive your email confirmation this tells you that we have received your order in our system and your credit card has been pre-authorized for your purchase.

RETURNS TERMS AND GUIDELINES:
- All returned items must be unused, unopened, and placed inside the original box with plastic wrap.
- Celebrity Smiles⁸ Club is not responsible for the shipping costs of the items you are returning.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged by the postal service.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service for your protection and prompt delivery.
- We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in the return transit once you return them.
- Please make sure that your return form has been approved.
- Before you begin a return process we must provide a return approval with specific mailing instructions.
- We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return or exchange without the return authorization and the correct return address.
